Fernhurst CC celebrates Triple Crown
FCC Juniors do it again
Fernhurst Cricket Club is celebrating a Triple Crown thanks to three of its junior teams, which have won their divisions of the Surrey Junior Cricket Championship. Pictured above are the Under 15s (Tier 2 South West). Both Under 13 sides also won their divisions.
Fernhurst CC Chairman Jon Meier said, "The fantastic success of these teams is testament to the hard work in establishing the flourishing junior section at Fernhurst some 15 years ago. The section continues to produce league-winning teams across all age groups and many of these players graduate into playing for the men's teams, ensuring the club's strong membership for years to come. My thanks, as always, goes to all the coaches and volunteers who put in so much time to make this all possible. Well done boys, you have made us all very proud."
